A friend forwarded the obiturary to me and Lydia and I want to express our condolences to the family. I have fond memories of our school classes visiting the Court House where Mr. Miller explained the Recorder functions. And of course many vists to the home and farm with the Miller family. It was a long life well lived by a fine gentleman. Dan and Lydia Still

To the Family; I would like to extend my sincere condolence for your loss. I remember Richard when I was his neighbor at the old Timlin Farm. I would speak to Richard from time to time and he was always full of life and he lived life the same way. He took the time to set and talk to you and always gave you something to remember him by. Richard was a very good man and I will miss him, he was an inspirational mentor.
